In this role, you’ll act as a key connector between the Early Careers team and our Centre's of Excellence, helping to shape program outcomes and ensure high-quality, consistent experiences for our early career cohorts. Working within a national team, you’ll coordinate program delivery across locations, contribute to learning and project planning, and partner with internal teams to bring engaging development experiences to life. What you’ll do: Contribute to defining program outcomes and participant experience goals for Early Careers orientation days, ensuring a strong focus on participant experience and engagement. Support the development and delivery of early careers learning experiences, including learning design, coordinating delivery and facilitation. Coordinate national sites, including providing on-the-ground support where required, ensuring all locations have the necessary guidance, materials and support to deliver a consistent and successful experience. Project manage key early careers events and milestones, including coordinating communications, maintaining project plans, and managing budgets. Ensure timely and effective delivery of all project components, working collaboratively with stakeholders and adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Contribute to broader Talent Development and Coaching team initiatives, including providing in-office support for events and workshops, offering an opportunity to collaborate across the team and support the delivery of wider leadership and development experiences.
